Daniel Spears – Co-Owner

Daniel Spears knows what it takes to keep a building running — and what happens when it doesn't. With over 14 years of experience in facilities management, construction, and business operations, Daniel has managed everything from 300,000-square-foot warehouses to multi-site healthcare facilities, always with an eye on safety, compliance, and getting the most out of every dollar spent. An MBA graduate of Harding University, Daniel has overseen multi-million dollar budgets and navigated some of the most demanding regulatory environments in the industry.

At Spears & Co, Daniel channels all of that operational depth into building a roofing and construction company that homeowners and commercial clients can genuinely trust. He brings rigorous project management, strong vendor relationships, and an unwavering commitment to safety standards to every job — big or small. Holding certifications as a Certified Facility Manager (CFM), OSHA Safety Certified professional, and Project Management Professional (PMP), Daniel has the credentials to back up his hands-on experience. Integrity-driven craftsmanship has been the cornerstone of Spears & Co. From day one, Daniel founded Spears & Co. on the conviction that quality work and honest dealings aren't a selling point — they're a standard.

Quinn Tolbert – Co-Owner

Quinn Tolbert brings nearly two decades of business leadership to every construction project he oversees at Spears & Co. A Texas A&M graduate with a background in industrial distribution and energy solutions, Quinn spent years managing large-scale operations and high-performance teams across the South. Whether he was optimizing multi-million dollar commercial facilities or developing customized solutions for clients across South Texas, Quinn built his career on one principle: do the job right the first time.

That same standard drives everything at Spears & Co. As co-owner, Quinn personally oversees operations, ensures quality materials are used on every job, and stays ahead of the latest tools and technologies in the industry. He holds certifications in Project Management (PMP), Energy Management (CEM), and LEED accreditation — credentials that mean he understands your building not just as a contractor, but as a systems thinker. Whether you're a homeowner dealing with storm damage or a commercial property manager planning a major renovation, Quinn will make sure your project is handled with expertise, transparency, and care.
